Every dose is timestamped with route (subcutaneous, intramuscular, intranasal, topical), anatomical site, and the calculated draw volume based on your reconstitution. Logging takes under 10 seconds.
Injection site rotation
An interactive anatomical map remembers every site you've used. Peptra suggests the next least-used site to prevent lipohypertrophy and uneven absorption. Configurable to your preferred body areas.
Cycle scheduler
Built-in protocols for the most common peptide cycles: BPC-157 4-8 weeks, GLP-1 titration ladders, ipamorelin/CJC-1295 stacks, GHK-Cu long protocols. Or define your own with custom dose cadence and cycle length.
Reconstitution calculator

AI weekly summary
At the end of each week, Peptra generates a structured summary: cycle progress, missed doses, side-effect patterns, marker trends, and discussion points to bring to your clinician. Generated entirely on-device using Apple Intelligence — your dose data does not leave your phone.
Stack tracking
Many users run combinations: BPC-157 + TB-500, ipamorelin + CJC-1295, semaglutide + adjuncts. Peptra tracks each compound independently while showing the combined view.
On-device data, optional sync
Your protocol data is stored locally by default. Optional iCloud sync (encrypted with your iCloud Keychain) for cross-device. No Peptra account required, no analytics on your dose data, no cloud database with your protocol on a third-party server.
Export
Export your full log as CSV or PDF for your clinician, or for personal records. Selective export by peptide, date range, or cycle.
